2. Before posting expert opinions, they would be required to ensure that they

• Verify their identity on Polkassembly with at least their twitter, mail handles. We will allow submission of off chain fields and verify them wherever the pallet does not support (ex. LinkedIn, Youtube)
• A slashable bond can be requested from the experts to ensure malicious posts and minimized and there is more skin in the game for honest reviews. **

3. All new reports added will be visible in the audits section in Polkassembly's new evaluation tab (can be rebranded)

• An API will be shared to allow all platforms to show these reports
• These reports could be stored off chain at Polkassembly or on chain via Apillon to promote other teams in the ecosystem and do more decentralized work | | As an expert, I can ask questions on a referendum detail page and my question will be highlighted, so the proposer can pay more attention to my question. | 1. Polkassembly will be higlighting expert comments along with other vital comments on the platform
• A badge will be assigned to experts once they have completed all requirements like identity verification.
• Their profile will indicate their review history and community response on them | | As a token holder, I can see an expert's report and grade it, so best report will be picked up for a tip. | 1. Each Report will have an AI generated summary
• This ensures that the opinion & recommendations of the reporter can be browsed through with key points in a quick glance.

2. All new activity on a expert review will be shown in a proposal level timeline.

• This includes posting, editing reviews, upvotes, downvotes, comments, etc.

3. I can point flaws, ask questions where there is reasonable doubt and communicate on each of these reports separately. These questions will not be visible in the primary comments

4. I can upvote or downvote the comment.

• An empty transaction can be signed by the user to ensure that they verify ownership of the wallet for on chain upvoting
• It would ensure that the system is fair, leads to more on chain transactions, and is a verified system which requires minimum gas payment
• Tips would be sent to top 1/2 experts. This will be done based on total entries and a minimum number of upvotes (which should be > downvotes) which will be expected for the tip to be processed |
